Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes healing. Reiki is a simple natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self improvement that anyone could use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect.

Integrated Energy Therapy ® (IET®)

IET supports you in safely and gently releasing limiting energy patterns of your past, empowering and balancing your life in the present, and helps you to reach for the stars as you evolve into your future.

This is a hands-on healing therapy system. It is a safe and gentle way of releasing energy blockages that can cause imbalance and disease in the body. IET promotes healing in all areas of our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual selves.

Meditation

Meditation is a grounding practice which helps you to center and connect with yourself and others more, and also allows you to get a more relaxed and sound sleep.

Regular meditation can have long-lasting effects. Meditation helps to activate your rest-and-digest system and aid the body back to a more neutral, calm baseline. Our physical body then has space to heal and grow more resilient.

Mediumship

Do you a loved one in Spirit you would like to receive a message of love from?

Mediumship is a wonderful tool to connect with our loved one’s crossed over. Melissa’s practice extends beyond connecting with loved ones from the other side, to include connecting with spirit guides, teachers, your own higher self and much more!

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice, rooted in Indian philosophy. It’s origins are in the spiritual practice but this moving meditation also promotes physical and mental well-being as it blends the mind, body and spirit.

Studies have indicated benefits of yoga for several aspects of wellness, including: stress management, mental and emotional health, healthy lifestyle habits like eating, activity, sleep, and balance.

All private session offerings may be performed in person or virtually.
